I work on specific projects with a specified team. It is satisfying.
Day-to-day work varies significantly, with some periods being fully office-based and others focused on field activities. I enjoy the variety and the balance this provides, as it allows me to experience different work environments and challenges.
The role is very diverse and interesting, everyday may provide a different task. I find as the role is project based it is very dynamic and I often find myself working in new places with new people. I carry out drilling jobs, soil classifications, water management tasks, geospatial analysis, people management ect.
