As a junior geotechnical engineer, my role includes both fieldwork and office duties, such as conducting field investigations, managing subcontractors, assisting with report writing, preparing proposals, and learning new software skills
My day to day is just asking people for stuff to do and then doing whatever they ask me to do
Site investigation, site assessment, drilling supervision, soil and rock logging, and site report writing.
