I think the salary is fair for a graduate role. In addition to our salary, my employer provides a wellbeing allowance in the form of vouchers that can be redeemed at selected stores across the country. We also have annual career reviews and receive annual salary increases.
A generous time-in-lieu (TIL) policy is offered for overtime hours, with the option to be paid overtime instead if preferred. In addition, the working away from home allowance makes travelling for work financially worthwhile.
The role is quite generous with a base salary that is competitive for the industry and room for growth each year. Additionally, graduates are often doing fieldwork with varied hours that extend over the 40 rostered hours. This overtime is either paid or there is an option for time in lieu to be awarded to a maximum of 10 days - anything over the 10 hours will be paid.
Good rewards program, 10 days TIL for field staff, allowing you to bank overtime
