DP provides excellent training for all employees, even for those who are experienced. Refresher training and paid training courses are offered, and every engineer is fully trained for each task before being assigned any type of work
Lot of computer stuff to do with projects, proposals logs drawings reports, training was being given one to do and an old one to use as a template and go from there. Feild work side of things still not fully confident on mainly because I have not done much but training for that was just tagging along with another engineer and watching what they do.
