I am satisfied, but I feel like there could be room for improvement in terms of report writing and software training. But in saying that it is also my responsibility to make advances and efforts to learn.

Sometimes training is offered, sometimes you have to get after it yourself. More and more is becoming available. Training that costs money requires justification.

Senior staff are always approachable and willing to provide support, listen to concerns, and offer feedback on my work. Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, it can sometimes be challenging to schedule formal training sessions; however, there are still regular opportunities to learn through guidance and feedback from experienced team members.

There are many development opportunities at Douglas Partners, with many mentors to support your journey as a graduate. My managers are supportive of my learning and encourage me to pursue a master's degree - additionally there is study support and benefits associated with continued learning.
