The work environment is decent. It is well kept and has good facilities. It is based in Sydney's southwest, which is not too far from central Sydney. The dress code is business casual, and quite relaxed. Location is mostly industrial, not too much food around without traveling 10-15 mins.
Our office and lab space is unique in that the main office / headquarters is right next to the laboratory! This makes it really easy to have meetings with marketing counterparts and meet people from across the wider business. We are also about to go through a large office refurb to update desks and chairs. The dress code is business casual, leaning more towards the casual side if most of your time is spent in the lab, because even with lab coats there is always the chance of getting paint on your clothes.
We are running out of space, and getting to the point were we don't have enough desks for people. The dress code is very relaxed in R&D.

Desks in innovation centre are old, the chairs are old and getting destroyed. No mounted screens, no locks on cupboards.
