I thought the interview process was really fitting for the role. It was one of my favourite applications over all the ones I applied for. It started with a general application - CV, university results, and 5 motivation-based questions for why you wanted to work there, and how you have exhibited leadership. Second step shortly after was an online interview, where you are given four questions, with 30 seconds to read the question, and then 1 minute to answer. Third stage was psychometric testing online, one test based on general aptitude (i.e. mix of maths, scheduling, common sense questions) and one on emotional intelligence. The last stage then was an interview with two senior leaders, which consisted of two parts. The first was a case study where you have 45 minutes to read a brief and develop a 10 minute presentation on your recommendation. Then the second half was a normal interview about experiences, and getting to know your personality.
There is first a phone interview with HR, then an in person interview with the hiring manager. After that there are a series of online assessments and finally a second in-person interview.
After being contacted and having a short phone call with someone from recruitment, I proceeded to an interview with two managers. After passing this interview (I heard from them the same day), I had another interview with two technical directors. After being hired I was also required to take a psychometric test.
Long, thorough and in depth.
I only had 1 interview and got offered the job, very quick
