The graduate program completes 2x training workshops per year while you are enrolled that cover a range of topics and simulations with different parts of the business. There are also other development activities through the year. On top, my managers in my roles have been very supportive of getting involved in training happening for the general company, or other courses I find. Also provided mentoring from senior leaders involved in the graduate program for career development.
