I believe that DXC has some great opportunities within the company. However, the progression seems very stale from a Grad's point of view, and I am to believe that the pay does not go up very much after your Grad year, which is concerning and will be a big factor in whether grads stay as post-grads or look elsewhere.
At this stage as a graduate I am yet to see the promotion possibilities. However I have heard multiple times, from different sources that there is ability to move laterally through the business to find a position that allows for continued learning.
