Online interview was good and very helpful in understanding that this was a good company to work for.
The process and assessments, plus interviews were all well organised and structured. However there was a significantly long time between interviews and an offer - Interviews May offer August. Also a significant time between the offer and contract. This needed to be communicated at the time that the process would take this long.
