The positive is that I have been left with a lot of time to do training, though the training I do is all self-found as there is no real direction in the grad program regarding what training needs to be done. I have been asking for assistance in doing my CAPM and PRINCE2 but haven't received a lot of help until recently. Now I will be starting a CAPM training camp with DXC which is really exciting.
Some of the training I have received is not relevant to my role. Whilst it is interesting more role specific training would have been more beneficial.
