Very positive workplace culture.
The workplace culture is excellent. The team is very friendly and approachable (including managers and directors). There are weekly meetings to ensure the team stays up to date on new events. Additionally, there are monthly celebrations for the entire office (birthdays, work anniversaries, promotions, etc.), as well as Friday lunches and happy hour (drinks and games) to encourage socialising amongst peers.
Culture is great in and out of the office. Fellow colleagues have been very welcoming and insightful.
