My manager is always readily available and is a good mentor, leaving some space for independence but providing sufficient guidance when needed as well. They do mandatory performance feedback in reviews and ensure to highlight my project progress or completed tasks to make my work feel meaningful and recognised.
From day 1 I was surrounded by mentors and traders with many years of experience, all who were very willing to give up their time to answer questions or provide feedback. You will have regular checkups with your trainers to ensure you are performing as best you can.
Management is very accessible and always happy to hear any ideas that even junior members of staff may have. Internal communication is also very upfront and it is easy to receive feedback on performance and progress.
I can only answer with regards to my immediate manager, but they are understanding and try their best to help me grow. Always happy to offer help and feedback. Does not force work upon you and is aware of time constraints
