After progressing through training, as a trader I read up on market news and ensure I am across the products I trade. We trade during market hours, trading and providing prices on different financial instruments throughout the day, ensuring we manage our risk and positions appropriately. After market, we complete project work and look to improve our trading systems.
My day to day tasks involve completing premarket activities such as reviewing news and preparing for the days trading. During market hours I will be trading the whole day. After market there is time to review the days trading and complete any project work I am undertaking.
