Interview process was extensive and had many stages but progressed quite quickly. Had a coding test, 2 technical interviews on the same day, a phone HR interview and a final in-person interview with one of the leads of another team that we would be working closely with.

Various technical interviews assessing quantitative and problem solving abilities, as well as behavourial components testing candidate's drive and competitiveness to succeed in a trading role.
There was an initial one way online assessment followed by a group interview with three other candidates. Following this there was a two part final interview which took place with two senior traders.
