Elders supports the needs and businesses of primary producers, from finance, banking, and real estate services, to wool, grain and livestock trading.
They're doing a great job considering the industry it is in. The agronomy sector feels like there are more women entering, and wool feels 50:50. The livestock could get more females. As far as different nationalities, I deal with many. I also think that in the town I am in, the diversity is also limited.
I haven't observed any instance where elders hasn't shown commitment to diversity and inclusion
Diverse crew working here and everyone gets along
