Work have a uniform that is pretty good quality. Good work facilities.
I have an office which has an aircon and feels clean. I don't know what else one could want. I work outside a great deal and my boots come back muddy, so maybe one of those brush boot cleaners by the door would be very helpful.
Work environment is great, staff are all friendly and get along well. Physical facilities are also great as Elders spends a lot of money on the branches ensuring they are comfortable for staff, safety is all up to spec (particularly in the sheds/yards) and work vehicles are all generally quite new and comfortable. Dress code is Elders shirt and jumper/jacket if required, then jeans/work pants or shorts depending on season and boots. It's pretty flexible as long as you are wearing correct PPE and clothing with ELders logos is always encouraged.
