Elders supports the needs and businesses of primary producers, from finance, banking, and real estate services, to wool, grain and livestock trading.
Elders offers a great starting salary for their graduate agronomy program. $10,000 bonus is included for relocation if you are moving over a certain distance from home for work which is extremely helpful with relocation costs.
I am quiet happy with this pay. It is a really competitive baseline salary for an entry level position. Elders does have MyRewards which offers deals and discounts for a huge range of things from insurance, groceries and clothes. I just haven't used it yet.
Ute and fuel card is a huge benefit (mostly used for work purposes but also handy if required for odd personal use). The starting salary is very competitive against most employers of graduates in this field. Lots of opportunities to travel interstate which are completely paid for
Unsure of what is really offered, think there are bonuses at the end of the year possibly. Lots of events, dinners and nights away etc as well
