Depending on the team I guess. EQL is a massive company with various different teams. Out of all the teams I have been in, I have only experienced one single person that I didn't vibe with.
I enjoy the workplace culture especially given the large number of employees who are a similar age demographic to me.
Great place to work with pretty good communication between the hierarchy and employees. There are good opportunities to socialise during and after work.
