My direct manager yes, but in general managers can be very different and not everyone should manage people just because they are higher up the ranks. EOFY performance feedback this year was not adequate as they took a blanket approach for most people in assigning them as 'achieved' their role expectations, without considering individual situations.
I have complete confidence in my managers in prioritising my wellbeing and development. I feel very supported in my role and often get provided with performance feedback and recognition for my work.
