Location in the city, facilities pretty good. Minor things such as not having boiling tap water as we used, or not enough meeting rooms (or appropriately set up) but I think they are working on it Dress code is business casual - but again depends on the client. As long as we look put together and we can do our jobs, there is no big saying in what should we (or not) wear
The BNE office is quite small and not a lot of stand-sit desks are available, so if you are not a morning person and you come in on a day that is busy then likely you won't get a desk with a second screen etc. However, this is not the case all the time. I've never struggled for a desk. The building is pretty good as well and facilities are on point. We have a end-of-trip facilities which is convenient if for example I'm walking into the city to work. Office also has a great location, near restaurants and coffee shops and the occasional Woolies trip if we ran out of milk for coffee. We also have a coffee machine in the office :)
The Brisbane office is beautiful and in a great location close to the train station. There are very limited desks with monitors (only 8 for a team of 40+ people), so most people often work from client site or from home. There are only 3 meeting rooms, which can be very limiting when the office is full and people need the rooms for online client meetings.
