Developing an ESG strategy. Have a diversity action plan and a reconcilliation action plan however the actions and effects of all of these are yet to be seen. All about informing everyone but have seen little action to put these figures forward and action them.
Working on an ESG strategy and recently received B Corp certification, however my client is a large mining firm which doesn’t feel very socially responsible (doesn’t seem to be much vetting in terms of the clients we choose to work with)
