Career progression is clearly defined through the Enterprise Agreement, which provides structured advancement throughout the graduate program. A key benefit of the program is the opportunity to complete up to six rotations across a pool of around 30 different teams, giving graduates broad exposure to the business and helping them identify areas that align with their interests and long-term career goals. The company provides strong support for career development. Managers are generally open to assigning work and projects that help graduates build relevant skills and experience.
