Hot desking means interacting with a variety of people up and down the hierarchy. As graduates there is typically lots of socialising outside of work as well.
Management is generally nice and understanding. Teams generally good to work with and are willing to collaborate and share knowledge. Working in office roles does not require working outside of standard business hours unless volunteering for overtime/time in lieu.
The workplace culture is collaborative and supportive, with a strong focus on teamwork and knowledge sharing. There is also an active graduate community, with three cohorts moving through the program and regular optional social events such as trivia nights and dinners. This provides a great opportunity to build relationships across the business and expand your professional network.
