The head office was renovated just before COVID and has a modern, professional feel. It uses a hot-desking setup, but there are generally plenty of workstations available, and the facilities are well maintained. The office is in a great location, close to the Port Macquarie CBD and right on the water. The dress code is quite relaxed. Most employees wear company-branded polos and workwear on a day-to-day basis.
