The recruitment process was similar to many other graduate programs. The assessment centre was very well run, and it was easy to see the passion that the ELT and management team had for the company, which left a positive impression. There was a delay between the assessment centre and receiving an offer. There was a gap of a few months while medical checks, reference checks, and other recruitment activities were completed. Overall, however, the process was professional and positive.
