I found the interviews easy enough to understand, I did miss out on the group interview but this was because I had covid. It was enjoyable and fun to do.
One interview with senior engineers, one graduate assessment day and then a set of health assessments.
It was a very long process. I think I applied in April, assessment day was end of June and the offer didn't come through until august. The expectation for finance graduates to attend an assessment day a few days before end of financial year seemed unusual however the option to attend a virtual session was offered later in July which was a lot more accommodating.
The interview process was easy and clean, handled through a small number of virtual meetings and then face to face interviews. These were handled professionally, communicated well in advance and were done in a safe and friendly environment.
