The standard work arrangement is a 9-day fortnight, with an RDO every two weeks, which provides a great work–life balance. Flexible working arrangements, including working from home, are available. However, as a graduate, the expectation is generally to spend most of your time in the office. There is a lot of value in being around experienced staff, observing how different parts of the business operate, and building relationships through in-person interactions early in your career. As you gain experience, there is typically more flexibility in how and where you work.
