I have informed by the management about possible opening and employment after this causal season role It really kept me going and motivated, but at the same time the fact the the decision will be made only after my last shift kind of gives me anxiety. However, I am quite happy with the extensions that i had from Sep till Dec.
Since joining I have gained valuable experience not only within individual TRs but also through auditing review processes and complex client scenarios. Another big factor is the client communication, during peak season this allowed me to improve and communicate with clients that are the most effective.
It seems like there is a few opportunities, I have progressed to a full time position, I am not super sure about what lies after that - perhaps becoming a more senior team leader or a manager if you go high enough
