As a grad, there are several seminars we attend to get an idea of what we'll be doing, as well as some Udemy courses, but the bulk of learning comes from delving deep into actual tasks. Support is always available from other engineers and seniors, and we're encouraged to always keep learning to use new tools and strategies.
