The usual day is about 7.5 working hours, if you have something on at the end of the day nobody minds if you leave a little early.
The work is very flexible. I generally work from home 2 or 3 days a week along with my team members.
Hours are pretty fixed day to day however WFH days are up to your own judgement.
It is flexible where you can work whatever best suits you.
