Whilst there are training opportunities, it does not seem to be communicated very effectively sometimes and I feel as a whole throughout the business, lots of awesome opportunities are missed due to this. I also don't feel there has been guided mentorship, whilst the company talks about it a lot I have not come across it yet - so this is something that I will have to seek out myself individually.
Training is very limited and you need to push for any specific training. The skills and mentorship you received is very rotation dependent, so you need to strategise where to go and who to learn from. As a result, coaching can range from very limited where you need to self-learn, or you will have the guidance.
