Great culture across the team and the company.
The workplace culture is amazing. Every employee is very kind to and supportive of one another. As an Intern I was extremely well supported by employees at all levels. Each person was genuinely interested in getting to know me and helping me grow and develop as an individual.
One of the reasons that I liked FTI and chose to accept my graduate return offer was the firm's open-floor hot-desking policy. While I'm sure that it might annoy the more senior people in the office sometimes, as a junior I appreciate the daily interaction that this setup affords. This doesn't just apply to work, as I believe that saying hi in the morning and having a banter as people finish up for the day really contributes to having a positive workplace culture. Another strongpoint of FTI is the strong investment the firm makes in social events, whether that be team specific activity nights, whole-office party's or frequent celebrations of birthday's/public holiday's.
