The managers were amazing. They were all very helpful mentors offering insight into their learnings and knowledge. This helped me grow and learn whilst I was an intern. They approached internal communication, performance feedback and praise kindly and professionally.
As they are human, my managers vary in how they approach the above. In general, I find my managers to be very approachable and proactive in my development, whether that be providing ample constructive feedback, being willing to explain new concepts in detail, and being incredibly patient to answering my questions.
