Standard interview process
The interview process was seamless. It included an initial application, a short online skill assessment, a set of pre-recorded video responses and then a final interview. The communication from FTI throughout this process was excellent.
I found the interview assessments to be more difficult than for other recruitment processes that I participated in. These differences included a more challenging psychometric test and a take-home case study. I appreciated these components as I believed that they allowed me to show my potential for the role, where in other processes I have found it harder to distinguish myself from fellow candidates.
