I completed generic training programs. Further to this, I was able to attend many extra training sessions that helped to develop my skills in specific areas. One of these was an excel training session. I found these sessions very helpful. I was also paired with a coach. My coach checked in on me multiple times a week. I was offered feedback and an opportunity to discuss my progress.
At the beginning of the year, the Graduates from across Australia were flown in to Sydney to attend a two-day induction and training programme. Following this event, FTI sponsored us to attend a two-day training session run by one of the peak professional associations in our field of work. Aside from this, there is constant training opportunities, with recurring technical knowledge sessions and the option for the firm to sponsor external qualifications such as Chartered Accountancy. Overall I am very satisfied with the volume and quality of the training opportunities offered to me.
