Flexible working, work from home allowed
As an Intern all working days were in the office. I think being in the office was essential to ensure that I was able to learn, contribute and develop. Although, the employer does offer flexible remote work for full time workers.
My work hours for my graduate year to date has been roughly 8:30am - 5:30pm each weekday, with a handful of additional hours worked from home if required. Our standard office hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm, and the firm is fairly rigid with this. That being said, having the option to work two days a week from home is a great benefit for those who like to sleep in.
