Due to the flexibility of being able to WFH, the culture is lacking as we aren't seeing each other very often. I would say that I'm close with my team/manager as I have regular calls with them however it is difficult to build meaningful professional relationships over a screen. However, when all us grads are in the office it does have a sense of camaraderie which is super nice.
