Very diverse and inclusive
As I said before, the teams are very small. The offices are separated from each department, you would need to actually try and just jump into already formed groups to join in. It was easier for interns to stick with other interns as they would relate more. The departments stick to their own teams. Not that there were any issues within the company between departments, but there were definitely invisible bubbles around each department.
Everyone is treated with respect and equity is evident. No biases are evident at all.
