I didnt have candidate screenings till a month after into my internship. The work did pick up the more hours I was in. Some of the tasks such as administrative tasks were very repetitive and it felt meaningless to complete. However, there were big contrasts between the fun tasks such as filling a role and screening candidates and completing a whole process from start to finish. It felt good to accomplish a big task from the start to the end of a recruitment process.
