Received good training from both my manager and other staff.
Very new environment so there were a lot that I didnt know. Training and guidance were both formal and informal and it was good balance. However, as the full time recruiter resigned from the company, it was harder to ask questions as the leaders are very busy and asking questions about everything was too much. In saying that, this way of learning did push me to learn a lot in a short period. It ended up working out
I picked up all the skills and training I needed to work in the industry. Additionally, my supervisor is very accommodating and makes sure I learn everything I want to learn.
