The Future Leaders Graduate Program is Queensland Government’s flagship graduate initiative, designed to develop the next generation of leaders.
The program, whilst well organised, has not really assisted in supplying graduates (including myself) with appropriate career progression or working pathways relevant to their studies, skills, background, interest or career aspirations.
Opportunities are offered occasionally but they are extremely competitive - there are many grads.
