I really enjoy my current team. We go out for lunch and coffees often and are very collaborative and social in the workplace. We don't have any after-hours socialising opportunities (which I would welcome) but other than that it's great!
Great working culture, however, it varies from departments and teams.
The workplace is social, however, the culture depends on the specific team. Teamwork is encouraged and higher level colleagues often take the time to engage and support newer staff.
In office culture is great, however there is not a lot of socialising outside of office hours. Again depends on the team you work for.
The Future Leaders team are amazing at supporting the graduates and put in so much effort for everyone. Colleague relationships with the other graduates in the program is very supportive and there are opportunities for social events/sport teams to attend or partake in.
