A key benefit of the role was the variety of professional development opportunities available. Employees could access a diverse mix of online learning modules, workshops, seminars and in-person training sessions, allowing for continuous skill development and exposure to new ideas and best practices.

Training & development sessions are delivered at least every month to help graduates gaining better understanding of the work that the government does.

The graduate program offers extensive learning and development opportunities. These range from developing skills necessary for the role and more general learning about the workplace and the organisation.

I have been lucky to receive good mentorship although my role is quite admin based. Depends on the team again.

There are a lot of training opportunities. Conferences for innovation, Policy Writing Workshops, and many more. The development opportunities in this program are incredible.
