The promotion opportunities are achievable and supported. Employer provides every opportunity to reach one's goals of promotion.
There is a clear progression outlined for the graduates and other juniors at the firm to lawyer and associate roles, as well as clear benchmarks for senior associate, and special counsel.
Graduates are promoted to 'lawyer' at the end of the grad program, rather than when they are admitted. I believe grads should be promoted and offered a pay increase once admitted.
You can apply for a promotion from lawyer to associate at approx PQE3 and senior associate at PQE5. It is great to have a step between lawyer and SA and to be recognised as such.
