Lots of training and education on D&I, as well as engagement groups relating to LGBTQI, Indigenous inclusion etc.
Really great commitment to it and fostering an inclusive vibe, with working groups integrated into the firm. There could be greater efforts from more staff within the firm still to show up and be a part of diversity efforts.
