Interview process was very smooth and felt very personal. The interviewers all genuinely seemed interested in my responses and I felt valued as a candidate throughout.
As I was an internal staff member there were no interviews for the graduate role, the firm simply contacted my three referrers who I nominated to discuss my performance etc. All I had to provide was a copy of my academic transcript.
The recruitment process for the Graduate program starts during the Melbourne clerkship application process.
The interview for the clerkship (which led to the grad role) was overall very positive and conversational in nature, which meant I left feeling at ease. I appreciated that the firm did not do psychometric testing.
