Ubers, generous parental leave policy
The firm pays for our PLT which is nice and dinners are paid for if you are working late beyond a certain hour.
I think our pay is reasonable, though is not competitive with firms slightly bigger than us. If the firm wishes to grow and wishes to attract better talent, then salaries will need to grow.
Occasionally get free tickets to events. Most recently got free tickets to the Melbourne Good Food and Wine Show, if working late you can get uber eats and ubers home expensed to the firm
