Inductions have been helpful, access to PLT has been the biggest influence on decision to work at this firm.
We have received a lot of training in the graduate role, which has helped make the transition much easier. This included a full week of intensive introduction and training interstate in the first week of commencing the role.
We have a yearlong training program as a graduate and undergo several training sessions throughout the year to help with our skills as we become a lawyer. They also pay for and organise our Practical Legal Training. There are regular check ins to see how we are going and to see what our goals are and what work we'd like to try going forward.
