Very flexible! Work hours are currently very reliable especially being under the LSA, and the firm recognises our commitments to PLT and external interests/work.
Our employer is flexible. As graduates, you are generally expected to be in the office as often as possible, however, there is flexibility in working from home when necessary. The working hours are 8:45am-5:15pm with reasonable overtime. If I'm not finishing at 5:15pm then I will be finishing no later than 6pm on most days. However, there is usually a medium somewhere around realistically a 5:30pm finish.
